This will start during our first phone call and continue when we meet. We want to understand how your hearing is affecting your communication and relationships.
We will inspect your ears with a high-definition ear camera which you will be able to view in real time with us. This is more information finding as it is the easiest way to discover any medical conditions in the outer ear and canal such as excessive wax. This assists us in determining if a hearing test is the next applicable step in your hearing journey.
Based on your results, if hearing aids are recommended, we will discuss appropriate options regarding your individual needs, lifestyle and budget. You will be able to “test drive” the hearing aids to give you a sample of life with hearing aid treatment.
